This sweet cherry and nectarine crostini recipe combines creamy goat cheese, crisp toasted bread, and juicy summer fruit into a simple, irresistible appetizer.

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 12 nectarines, sliced thin
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Fresh basil or mint for garnish
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Brush slices lightly with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Pit and halve cherries and slice nectarines thin.
  • Spread goat cheese onto warm crostini slices.
  • Top with cherry halves and nectarine slices.
